Returns
We offer a 1–4 business day return policy, which means you have up to 4 business days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Return Fee: A 5 AED return processing fee will be deducted or charged for every approved return. Customers are responsible for this return fee.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at:

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Refunds
